Placing A Reservation
Once you’ve inquired about one of our puppies and have been approved, you may confirm your reservation with a deposit. A signed Reservation Agreement will accompany this payment. Please note, this agreement is separate from our Health Guarantee, which details your puppy’s wellness coverage and our continued commitment to quality.

To protect our clients and our program from fraudulent activity, we accept payments only through secure and verifiable channels. Some popular payment apps allow reversals or disputes even after a puppy has been received, so for everyone’s protection, we honor payments only through the following approved methods:
- Zelle
- PayPal
- CashApp
- Venmo
- Cash (for in person transactions)
- USPS Money Orders
- Walmart-to-Walmart transfers
- Direct Bank Transfers

Deposit Terms
Deposits and holding fees are non refundable, as they reserve your selected puppy and remove them from availability to other families. This policy ensures fairness, clarity, and commitment on both sides.
Deposits are only refundable in the rare and unfortunate circumstance that something significant occurs to the puppy while still in our care.
Please note, refunds will not be issued in cases of changed plans, inability to complete payment, household disagreements, travel or delivery delays, or other personal circumstances outside our control.
